diseases in human body
muslimofficialsHIV/AIDS: HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus, which is a virus that attacks the immune system. If left untreated, HIV can progress to AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome), which is a condition in which the immune system is severely compromised, making individuals vulnerable to infections and certain types of cancer. HIV is primarily transmitted through unprotected sexual contact, sharing needles or syringes, and from mother to child during pregnancy, childbirth, or breastfeeding. Currently, there is no cure for HIV/AIDS, but antiretroviral therapy (ART) can help individuals with HIV manage the virus and lead healthy lives. Pneumonia: Pneumonia is an infection of the lungs that can be caused by bacteria, viruses, or fungi. Symptoms of pneumonia include coughing, fever, and difficulty breathing. Pneumonia can be a serious illness, especially in older adults, young children, and people with weakened immune systems. Treatment for pneumonia depends on the cause of the infection, but may include antibiotics, antiviral medications, or antifungal medications. As we grow older, we become young adults, full of energy, ambition, and dreams. We pursue our passions, take risks, and push ourselves to be the best version of ourselves. We build relationships, fall in love, and experience the highs and lows of life. We make mistakes, learn from them, and continue to move forward.
